OK, you know the deal concerning GI style PT. Just do a lot more.
Good PT advice in that forum on down the page.
What you need to know about 'Ranger School for Old Guys' is this: you get almost NO time to recuperate. The 19 year olds can bounce back on a few hours of sleep, but not you 30+ guys. What you go in with is what will carry you (or not) all the way through, so work on it yesterday if you really want this.
The NG needs good leaders, glad to see a paratrooper stepping up to the challenge.
