This practice does not surprise me in the least. I can remember when I started working in health care 20 years ago, women actually complained about getting shaved before they gave birth.
Anymore, they have a lightening bolt shaved into their pubic hair, a tattoo and a clitoral stud to match and a girlfriend to take the piercing out before she gives birth. Oh, and Daddy has a penis stud too.
