From a Vet to all other Vets, and the families of Vets that have left this Earth!
Thank you all for all that you have sacrificed, or continue to sacrifice to allow the Freedoms that me and mine have. It is the call of patriotic selflessness that makes this Country greater than all others. No other will know the bonding of brotherhood that is shared between Vets. If nothing else, the mere fact that two or more individuals in passing share this connection bridges gaps of gender, race, class, and generation.
Again, Thank you for your service!!!!!
RLTW!!
Thanks!!

To my Brothers-in-Arms, past and present:
Thank you!
To those few who remain who served in the First World War:
You fought bravely under the worst forms of warfare, you staved off tyranny in Europe! Your sacrifices brought the United States into adulthood. Thank you!
To those who fought in World War II:
You fought in Africa. You fought in Europe. You fought in Southeast Asia. You fought in the Pacific. You fought on the land, on the sea, and in the air! You even fought in Alaska, defending the farthest reaches of our homeland! You fought all over the globe, smashing fascism whereever it was found. Thank you!
To those who fought in Korea:
Some have called your war "The Forgotten War". Let it be known: your Brothers have not forgotten! Your sacrifices won a dear brotherhood with the Republic of Korea, bringing that nation out of abject poverty and giving it's people freedom. Thank you!
Let it be known: the war continues on, though cold as ice! The people of north Korea do not yet have the freedom of their brothers.
To those who fought in Vietnam:
You fought a war that was righteous and just! But the people back home, daily awakening their minds to injustices at home, began to question justice. They lost sight of what was truly right and truly wrong. They began to treat the righteous as the wicked. They would not forgive the mistakes that even the righteous make under the horrors of war.
They were the first to see the constant battles of the sheepdog with the wolf, as sheep, they did not understand how the sheepdog must not give up, especially when wounded! So they scorned the sheepdog for his bravery!
You who fought in Vietnam: a much overdue Thank you!
To those who fought in Grenada:
You eliminated an upstart, tyrranical presence of Communists on a small, unimportant island. Though the island was unimportant, doing what is right never is; you preserved freedom for the people of Grenada! Thank you!
To those who fought in Panama:
You captured an upstart dictator in a small nation. Much like those who fought in Grenada, you preserved freedom for the people of Panama! Thank you!
To those who fought in the Persian Gulf under Desert Shield & Storm:
An evil dictator named Saddam Hussein decided that no one would care if he overran and pillaged a small neighbor named Kuwait. He was wrong! You repelled him. You fought so skillfully that the ground war may be easily counted in hours! You preserved freedom for the Kuwaiti people. Thank you!
To those that fought in Somalia:
Our nation saw another that was so overrun by evil men fighting amongst themselves, that the average family was starving. Out of kindness, we decided that we should try to feed these families. But the evil men rejected kindness with the sword, so bringing vengeance upon their own heads. You went to apprehend one of their leaders, but they ambushed you. You fought against insurmountable numbers, and largely survived! Thank you!
To those who fought in the Balkans:
Ethnic groups were fighting against ethnic groups, trying to eliminate every man, women, and child of the other. So, you went to stop them in all their evil. Though there was no great battle, so people often forget you fought, you fought still. Thank you!
To those who fought in War on Terror:
You fought a heinous threat. A scrouge to all nations and peoples. A scrouge that directly attacked our own countrymen on our own soil without provocation! Thank you!
To those who are fighting the War on Terror:
You may be in Afghanistan; you may be in Iraq; you may be in any lesser known locations throughout the work. You fight on bravely, to eliminate the scrouge of terror. Thank you! Keep up the good work!
To those who fought in the many lesser conflicts:
There may have not been a great battle for you to be easily remembered for. In fact, for some, your battles will never be known, because the silence is your code. Your sacrifice was none-the-less important. Thank you!
To those who served, but have missed the battle:
You volunteered, you served, but circumstances determined it was not your day to fight. You prepared to go anyways! For your willingness to fight the good fight--Thank you!
Thank you!
