It has nothing to do with being a Ranger, Ranger MICHAEL A. LUNA. I was just responding to Ranger Spartan's question that he asked. I do think that the lessons I learned from it will help me through my struggles, as I know my body has done a lot of horrible things and has pulled through, and the pain and weakness I go through in R.I.P. and Batt. will only be another milestone that I will have to overcome. I can only assume that the pain I felt will be nothing compared to R.I.P. and Batt. becuase I have not gone yet.
I know that from the other experiences I have gone through will help me more than the ones from skateboarding, after all its just recreational.

I'm not coming down on you.
You just need to take care of your body. It doesn't sound like you are. Injuries will begin to take their toll, as I am beginning to find out.
The less physical stress your body takes now, the more hooah shit your body will be able to take later.

hehehe....I remember a certain 'RangerPostalCarrier' on here that used to skate with me while we were in BN. I also remember taking him to the hospital after he and I skated down 'Cardiac Hill'. LOOOOONNNNNGG ass hill, steep as fuck, and only a left/right turn at the bottom. Or, you could just go flying into the grass strait ahead, and pray that the chainlink fence would keep you from going out on to the tarmac at Lawson Army Airfield.
That fence was a GOOD sixety feet away from the road, and I'll be damned if it didn't stop him COLD.
It was a long walk back to the barracks with a seperated shoulder, eh Mailman!?

I'm just leaving that recreation behind until I find some free stuff. Main focus for the months ahead is whip my ass into shape or try to at least. Ranger Luna (

Here is a good one about cardiac hill:
We were doing sqd PT (wpns sqd) on a jont around the air field.
It was Monday after a nice boozing and buttfloss chasing wkend in Panama City. I was ammo bearer at the time. Anyway the AG for my team, Ranger Kilgallen was still fucked up. He was right in front of me.
On the way up the hill he was starting to lose it. At that time we noticed 1st Sgt Chin running down the hill on the other side of the road. Well Kilgallen veared/swayed/staggered, whatever you want to call it. Anyway, he strayed across the road and ran right into `1st Sgt Chin. They both went flying into the ditch and all you could see were two sets of legs, tangled and sticking up. SSgt Williams had us circle back around in time to hear the 1st Sgt yell "HOOAH KILGALLEN, HOOAH. THAT WAS COOL BUD."
We laughed all the way back to the barracks.
