The collection .... (work in progress)

Post by FireFinder »

Well, here is a pic of my meager stable.

Image

The M4gery is what used to be my Bushmaster XM15-E2S post-ban 20" HBAR. I built the upper using an EGW A3 flattop, DPMS 16" M4 profile barrel, Yankee Hill Machine Specter-length quad rail forearm with low-profile gas block, end cap, and Phantom 5C1 flash suppressor. The lower is from the Bushmaster, and I put a Magpul M93B stock on it, and a Falcon ambidextrous ERGO grip on it. It already had a JP Rifles fire control system in it with the speed hammer and anti-walk pins. I topped it off with a Leupold Mark 4 CQ/T. I don't have any plans right now for BUIS, but I have a Falcon forward grip and some Magpul XT rail/ladder covers coming. Once I thread the 20" HBAR and rebuild it onto a A3 upper, I'll probably pick up another lower, and build it up and move the Leupold to it, and pick up an Aimpoint or Eotech for my M4.

The HK USP Compact I just picked up yesterday. The Glock 34 and the STI are my competition handguns.

Firefinder, nice pics..Benelli Super 90..quite expensive. You must be single! I gotta sneak $5.99 from my wife for my high speed wrist rocket and 75 cents from my kids piggy bank for the BBs.

What caliber Firefinder? .40 or .45? I hope you come to love yours as much as I do.

The Benelli I found on consignment for $600. I sold it to a Oregon State Police guy that was on the Anti-Drug Task Force and bought a Glock 35, which I had rigged out for USPSA competition, and a S&W 610 revolver in 10mm/.40 S&W. I sold both of those pistols to have the STI built.

I'm most definitely married, otherwise I would still have all those guns, instead of selling one to fund something else.

I have the USP Compact .45. Had it since I got out in 99. I love it.
