Introduction

Post by paracowboy »

Rangers, Vets, families, and fellow guests,

I hope this is the correct place to post this. Well, I'm not a Ranger, nor an American for that matter. I am a Canadian paratrooper, with about 10 years of service. I originally served in the 3rd Battalion of The Royal Canadian Regiment, from 1996 - 2004, and am now serving in the 3rd Battalion of the Princess Patricia's Canadian Light Infantry. I was in 3 RCR Jump Company for a few years, and 3 RCR Recce Platoon for about 20 minutes, 'til I got promoted. Been jumping out of airplanes for a few years, now. Done some interesting stuff here and there. Nothing special. Done some tours in Bosnia, and one in Afghanistan, all with The RCR.

I don't intend to post much, mostly lurk. This isn't my house. But, as a guest, I thought it only polite to introduce myself. Some members here may 'know' me from other websites.

If this post, or my profile, isn't detailed enough, just let me know, and I'll be happy to add whatever I've left out.
