sorry i didn't properly intro. myself before i made my first post. i'm sgt. c. seate a former marine 0311/soi infantry tactics instructor. been a few places,cuba, lejuene, oki,the stumps and blah blah blah, didn't do enough, but did have the privelege of working around a batt(not sure which) in gtmo bay in 1994 on leeward side great group of guys. and thanks for all the bottled water you guys left behind. anywho , i've been out for 3yrs. and now in the process of getting back hopefully w/ an option 40. i'm just hoping being 30 want hold me down. hope this is enough about me ,feel free to ask more(i know you won't hesitate) , got nothing to hide and not trying to impress. great site guys , love it. out.

Welcome to the board ya FOG. Glad to see ya still got the fire. Glad to see ya finally saw the error of yer ways and now trying to fix it. Ranger is a great choice for hard chargers.

LN is another gyrene about yer age trying to do the same shit. Get with him. He's got a lot he can teach ya. Seems to be some kinda problem with prior service guys getting into the slots of their choice. No one understands it but who did understand why the powers that be do the shit they do?

Good luck, keep us posted, and tell us some of those jarhead lies, oops, stories about when you were up to yer ass in grenade pins and no way out.

hey d.s. , great to hear from someone who knows what i'm talking about. you guys equa;;y impressed us also , it's just hard to get marines to admit it. but for me thats what set my mind in motion to want to try and be a ranger. it's great too hear from you ranger. keep the commo inbound. OUT.
