Welcome, and thanks for your service.

I've just got a question regarding your books... I wasn't aware there was a 6th bat in the 160th. And is that a picture of a CH-53 on the cover?? Are these just fictious stories based on the 160th?

Hi,

I'm going to guess by the word "just" that you are more interested in nonfiction on the 160th. You should read "In the Company of Heroes" if that is the case.

Yes, these books are novels, or in other words, fiction. There is no 6th Bn of the 160th. It is fiction. Still, like any novel of this type, I tried to do as much research as possible to make it realistic.

Tom Clancy, WEB Griffin, Harold Coyle . . . most of their work is fiction. The two helicopters on the cover are a Hind-D and an MH-60 Pave Hawk, both of which are helicopters which appear in the book. There are also AH-6, MH-6, Hips, and others.

Have a good one!
