As for a great workout plan find a good MMA workout that use's a lot of BWE's. I've been doing that fo the last couple of months and I've improved in everything to include my run times. Hello all, It's been a while since I posted and alot has happened since then. Like my subject says "I'm in" the Army now. I report to the 101ST by DEC. 12th. I had to take a reduction in rank to E-4, but I'm in and I'll be working on that E-5 board as soon as I arrive.
