Hello. I'm currently signed up and waiting to be deployed in June as an 11x, with an option 40 contract. I'm extremely nervous about RIP and RS. Hello everyone. I was recently reading some ranger requirements, and it stated that one must be able to run 5 miles, with no more than 8 minuts per mile.
