SU 70

pull ups 4

RN 17:19

raw score 201 Epic fail. got more pt to do. I have one question Rangers how often do I re test myself and when during the test is it good to test my pull ups?

When I was at Fort Knox BCT Aug 2001 I read 6 Silent Men and " Diary of An Airborne Ranger" by Frank Johnson I still have the books to this date. I wonder how many LRRP's I read about in the book are on this site

Thanks for the welcome Rangers and all. I have picked the R.A.W. program to start with before I try anything too advanced. One thing that wont change about the Army is crawl, walk , run and I'm crawling to say the least. I will post my progress in a month.
