Ranger Ndog275,
Wasn't able to access site, need to look up some proxies
. Instead did 30 manmakers with 25 lb dumbells. Then spent the rest of the period, Iwork out during PE, doing pushups and situps. Lost count on those. Are there any other sites you would recommend for workouts?

Re: Daily workout post
Ranger Ndog275,
Currently in the middle of the Stomach Flu Workout. So far I've done 5 rounds of the following:
eat soup
drink 7Up
puke it all out again
Tried to throw in some pushups but that resulted in immediate performance of exercize 3.
Will continue with regular workout tommorrow.

Ranger Ndog275,

200 push ups
300 squats
In 28min 32sec I completed:
65 pull ups
130 push ups
300 squats
Then the period ended, but honestly I would not ...

Received my Option 40
Rangers,
Well it turned out that all my worrying was for nothing. I went down to MEPS, took my ASVAB (overall score of 96 and GT score of 131), and signed a 68W Option 40 contract. I ship out on August 11 which gives me time to do a lot of PT, and I'm very happy that things worked out the way they ...

He replied with an email that lists a possible route for me to get in that would work with my poor eyesight. Here is an excerpt form the email ...
