Did a pullup/pushup pyramid workout today:
Pullups:1,2,3,4,5,6,6,5,4,3,2,1
pushups:2,4,6,8,10,12,12,10,8,6,4,2
then did situps till the end of the period

Wasn't able to access site, need to look up some proxies :twisted: . Instead did 30 manmakers with 25 lb dumbells. Then spent the rest of the period, Iwork out during PE, doing pushups and situps. Lost count on those. Are there any other sites you would recommend for workouts?

Currently in the middle of the Stomach Flu Workout. So far I've done 5 rounds of the following:
eat soup
drink 7Up
puke it all out again
Tried to throw in some pushups but that resulted in immediate performance of exercize 3. :evil: Will continue with regular workout tommorrow.

Tried to access the site on a school computer but it wouldn't get through the filter. Instead I tried the first workout on this post:
100 pull ups
200 push ups
300 squats
In 28min 32sec I completed:
65 pull ups
130 push ups
300 squats
Then the period ended, but honestly I would not ...

Didn't run 3 miles like I'd anticipated. instead we did four 800 meter runs. My times were:
1st-3:10
2nd-3:26
3rd-3:31
4th-3:31

Completed the lifting portion of Mondays workout:

Bench Press, 165lb, reps-4,4,3,3,2
Pull-Up reps-13,7,5,5,3
Sit-Ups-55 reps
Crunches-54 reps
Took me 10min 34s

Will do three mile run today in track and post time later.

Well it turned out that all my worrying was for nothing. I went down to MEPS, took my ASVAB (overall score of 96 and GT score of 131), and signed a 68W Option 40 contract. I ship out on August 11 which gives me time to do a lot of PT, and I'm very happy that things worked out the way they ...
