In reading the article, it sounds like it was only one of the 'soldiers' that had live rounds loaded. If it was all of them, I would say it was a major fuck up, but since it was only one, I say criminal intent.

There is a bulletin board somewhere here in Greenville I've seen with these two. It is one of those inspirational deals talking about fortitude or something.
