Re: About home schooling and 15 college credits

Rangers, Soldiers, Vets, and DEPS,

As I stated in my intro, I graduated with a home school diploma. I know from searching on this site and reading the FAQs and stickies that a home school diploma is considered as a GED and is therefore a Tier 2 and as such is not eligible for an option 40. I have ...

Thank you RangerGuru and Ranger bmf175 for your replies. I was looking for more of an excercise/lift I could do to work the muscles in place of a pullup, but there doesn't seem to be one worth a flying damn.

The nearest town is about an hour and a half drive from my house, so I'll have to pickup ...

Requesting help!

Hello Rangers and members of this Forum, and thank you for reading my post.

My question that I have for you, and I've looked around and can't seem to find anything is --

How can I work on pullups.. without a pullup bar?

You see, I live far away from any Gym and or Park that has one.. I live in ...

I was so humbly informed by a fellow DEP that this was a stupid thing to post, and I thank him for the heads up.

I apologize to all of you Rangers and others of the forum for fucking up and will refrain from posting stupidly anymore.

Thankyou.

As a note, so I do not seem like a complete idiot (hopefully) I would like to add that the reason I am asking this is because if I become a Ranger, then move onto Special Forces, will I be a toy for the instructors there to play with?

AKA will they make me life far far far rougher if I go Ranger ...

Is there a rivalry between...

The Special Forces and the Rangers? I have heard a friend online that is in the Army that there is a large rivalry between the two, edging along the lines of Army VS Navy. Is this true, or not quite as bad as he makes it out to be?

Thanks for any info!

No, Knucklehead. We don't give a RATS ASS about what your SCORE was, we want you to break it down for us.

PU=?
SU=?
2MR=?

Pull Ups=?

That is what he was talking about. You could get a 227 and still fail an event. Good try though. Welcome to the site, thanks for introducing yourself, and good ...

The first APFT score I got was 227 Ranger Oto-Man. Not as good as I'd have liked, but I will push myself further.
