Are Rangers allowed to carry their own pistols? This may be a stupid question, but I have heard that officers have been looking the other way because the M9 magazines are pieces of crap. I was just wondering. thank you.

No one is allowed to carry their own pistols. This topic has already been discussed so why don't you use the fucking search button.

OK jackass, it is a dumb question. Where have you 'heard' this from? Most magazines become shitty after you put them through alot of stress. For the most part though the factory mags last quite a while. What happens is people go out and buy a fucking $9 steel turd from Cheaper than Shit made by checkmate. Using POWs are straight up not going to be allowed by command just through turning a blind eye. See things like that have to make it through customs. Hiding a pistol is not as easy as everyone thinks. Tell your source to shut his fucking yap!

I'm sorry Rangers. It was something I had read and was wondering if it was true. I figured you guys were the most reliable informational source I had about this.

Ranger H8 Train, sorry, I did go through a couple searches like "allow own pistols", but came up empty. I appriciate the answer by Ranger BRanger91.

The best thing for you to do is not worry about stupid shit like this. You need to be focused on making it through your training.

Look under weapons of war, page 3, custom weapons. It was discussed there. It only took me about 2 minutes.
