I have completed the 22 week infantry training. We finished FTX last Sunday and also did the honor hill ceremony. We are on recovery till Dec 18 and Dec 19-20 is graduation. After that I go on a 10 day block leave. Which I like, because it will give me time to recover, and start pre-rasp fresh.
I have been doing pt on my own and also been studying up on the ranger history. Today I did a pull-up and leg pyramid workout. Where I do one pull up, then run 30m and do x2(pull ups) power jumps, then run back 30m to pull up bar and do 2 pull ups, run back x2(pull ups) power jumps and so on. In the end I did around 110 pull ups and 220 power jumps( 1-10-10-1 pull ups and 2-20-20-2 power jumps)
David(Ranger atl456) from ArmyRanger.com told me to buy the rasp 1 study guide, so I did and have read the whole book and have memorized all the 146 questions in the rasp history study guide.
This is all I have for now. I feel pretty excited and nervous for the journey ahead.
Good update Brar. Please be careful about your punctuation and capitalization. I figure you are on your phone as many are these days but a little attention to detail to follow site rules is warranted!
How much was this study guide? Who is selling it? I get very suspicious of people wanting to help but wanting money in return. Can you DM me here or on Discord where it came from?
Make sure you try to work out a little bit over leave. 10 days of not doing anything can degrade a lot of your strength and a little bit of endurance. Even just doing Army PT style stuff will help you maintain what you've got over the last 22 weeks.
Enjoy your time off and well done on getting through the easy part!
Ranger Disinfertention,
I apologize for my mistake. I will take care of the punctuations and capitalizations from now on.
The study guide is free online. I will send you the link on discord, but I also bought a laminated copy of it from the main post ups store. It was around $7.00.
As for pt over leave, I will make sure I keep it up.
Tomorrow I will be leaving for Pre-Rasp. I have been in hold for a week here in my Basic company. I have studied up the history and been doing pt everyday. I am really exited for the journey ahead.

Rangers,
I am happy to say that today I graduated Rasp class 4-20 and I am going to 3rd Battalion. Thank you all the Rangers who guided me to the path to become a Ranger. I will be the best Ranger I can be everyday and will always keep improving myself everyday.
