Welcome Travis, your APFT scores need a lot of improvement, I'm sure you know that. At your age you are going to want to be in the best shape you have ever been in before you even start training. The older you are the greater the strain on your body. That doesn't mean you can't do it, I've seen a lot of men over 30 make it, but it will be harder on you than the younger ones. Give everything you've got, every time you give and never, ever quit. RLTW
