Read something earlier today, apparently hand-flapper dude was part of a group in 2003 that killed two men accused of stealing a TV, by hanging tires around their necks and setting them on fire. He was declared mentally unfit to stand trial back then.

Now, I don't like Slappy, but I am pretty worked up that our president, whomever it is, and many other world leaders (some who suck less than ours), were put danger close to this nut job. So far, SA has apologized for any offense, but seems mum on the danger posed by this nutter...

I thought "necklaces" was just a Haitian thing, but I guess I'm not surprised. I was promised one but they never delivered.
The 'necklaces" thing was invented by Winnie Mandela. Apologists for Nelson say it was all Winnie's idea, but Nelson Mandela did not say anything against it. It was used against Blacks who opposed Mandela's and the ANCs communist ideology.
