Good Afternoon Rangers and Everyone Else,
I completed a self-administered PFT on Monday (August 12, 2013) and am posting my results here. As you can see, my numbers are a little over the minimum standard and I am working to improve them. I'm not a Ranger or Ranger Instructor so I'm not going to post advice or the fitness plan given by my recruiter.
45 push-ups, 50 sit-ups, 16 min 2 mile, No Pull-Ups.
Hope you enjoyed laughing
Be right back, going to smoke myself.

Dduron, you are at the right thread. Look at the posts by Ranger Silverback. He knows a lot more about PT than almost anyone. Never, never quit!
