Police responded to a call for shots fired in Chelsea, MA early this morning.
A man and a woman identified as 51-year-old Zouaoui Dani-Elkebir and 38-year-old Karima El-Hakim were found shot to death inside a livery vehicle which allegedly rolled to a stop against a building. The drivers side window was shot out.
