Good Sitrep, but, and I repeat for effect, but....it's been said dozens of times on here before, that keeping up with your PT during BCT/AIT/OSUT whatever, is on you. Any chance you get you should be knocking out sets of PU's as long as it doesn't draw negative attention or distract from the Cadre in the immediate area.

Mix it up, do sets of wide arm PU's, sets of regular, sets of elevated, diamonds etc. I've found that in doing this, once you start to tire, you can simply change your 'stance' a bit (slide your hands out a bit wider) and end up utilizing several other small muscles in that group that haven't yet tired, make sense? It gives you a few extra counts when you're nearing muscle failure.

Your Drill Sergeants unfortunately need to keep Basic PT at a level where the entire company doesn't get DX'd or quit/fail, as most other soldiers are moving on to different jobs that are not the 75th and may be a simple 9 to 5 job for them after getting to their PDS.

You need to take every advantage you can to ready yourself. Simply put, you have only yourself to blame for that, fortunately you still have time to correct it, just get your head straight. It's on you bud.

Good luck. Get it done.
