Intro - Lomack27

Post by Lomack27 »

Hi, First of all, Thanks to all the Rangers and Veterans here for there service and commitment to this country. I'm Lawrence, 17 and currently dual enrolling at UNA, waiting to start ROTC. I hope to attend Ranger School in the future but I'm planing on signing with MOS 18.
Thanks for your time,
Lomack27

Sorry for the lack of info Ranger Jim. UNA- The University of North Alabama.
Dual enrolling meaning that I'm already attending UNA while still in high school.

Yes Sir, Will do. I'm not sure whether I will end up with the Rangers or Special Forces, but one of them is in my future. One thing for sure is either way I go there are a lot of helpful people and great info on this site. I have read where being commissioned (via ROTC) as a officer will greatly hurt my chances of getting into the 75th Ranger Regiment, Any idea if this is true? I will search for that question in just a mike and see if its been asked before.
Thanks,
Lomack27

Alright thanks Ranger steadfast. I registered a few months ago and never received a email that my account was activated, so I tried to create another account last night. I ended up trying my first account info again and was able to get on.
