OK, so now that is out of the way.
1. I gave you a task. Complete it.
2. I told you about the search feature. Use it to answer questions like, "What is RLTW." By the way Ranger Steadfast answered your question.

The purpose of completing a PT test to military standard is also to see how you hang while doing all tasks' consecutively.Lomack27 wrote:I'm 5'10" 155lbs

Follow Ranger Jim's advice and complete this task to standard, not your standard, the military standard.
I'll help you, God knows why, but I will. See below:
*Push-ups Max 2 minutes without stopping (all the way down, don't cheat yourself, this is important)
*Sit-ups (same)
*Pull-ups Max from a dead hang on each one
*2 mile run timed to the second (use a stop watch)

You're 5 days overdue on your task.
Why? Aliens? Dog ate the results? Or just not that motivated?

Hey Rangers, A little update: My now 87 year old Grandmother was admitted to the hospital last Thursday and is not doing very well, hence the delay on my PT. Hopefully will be able to get to it this week, No guarantees.
Thanks Rangers,

I know, I just lost my sister, a few weeks ago. One of her granddaughters took Grandma's passing harder than me.
We'll say a prayer for your Grandma.

Re: Intro - Lomack27
Hello Rangers. My Grandmother has stabilized and was discharged early this week. I now can get back to my goals, I was able to start my workouts back this week but I hurt my knee somehow first day back running and I am having a lot of pain in my patellofemoral. Hopefully this will resolve it self soon, in the meanwhile I will take advantage of this time to focus on training my upper body. I feel like like I keep making excuses but
unfortunately it's all just bad timing. Bare with me here guys, I'll update soon.
Thanks,
Lomack27

Re: Intro - Lomack27
Rangers, My knee is still giving me problems. Going to the doctor this week to hopefully resolve this, the wait is killing me. I have been spending all my time on upper body workouts, push-ups pull-ups and sit-ups. I have started memorizing the Ranger Creed and have been studying for the ASVAB to get the highest possible score. Also, after doing more reading here and other places, I will not be going the 18xray route. 11Xray- option 40 is in my future, I will not quit.
Thanks,
Lomack27
