Back from the doctor, My Patellofemoral is mis-tracking because my hamstring/outer quad is stronger than my inner quad. He says three weeks of biking and quad workouts and I will be free to run again.

Thanks,

Nowhere officially yet. I'm in the explaining to my parents why I want to do this phase. Doing lots of PT, lots of reading about the enlisting process, what to do. Reading all I can about BTC, AIT, RASP and Ranger School.

My Sister works for RedStone Arsenal and I have gotten to go out a few times and talk to some people there as well as the 2 star general(which was cool).

I plan on starting the enlistment process in a few months (although I may start building a relationship with my local recruiter soon) when I'm eligible for the DEP (which I understand can be started a maximum of 14months before graduation which I am not yet).

PT:
Push-ups 39
Sit-ups 42
Pull-ups 14
2 mile run 14:37

I am extremely unhappy with these numbers but I won't quit, they will get better. I will post an update every 4 weeks unless instructed otherwise.

Then take it easy, maybe walk, and if you are having problems, identify them. Never, never quit!
