Officers also cannot handle medical marijuana, even for a family member


Abington - Since Massachusetts voters in November approved the use of marijuana for medical purposes, communities have debated how to implement the new law – whether to allow a marijuana dispensary or growing fields in their borders.

But police departments that have to enforce the law are looking at it from another perspective as well – how they will handle medical marijuana issues with their own officers.

So that means a LEO's HH6 can not ask the Honey Police Officer to get her medicinal pot with the milk.

But can the HH6 ask for a ride from Hubby (in a POV) while she gets the pot?
