My intent is to give Rangers my Apft scores while thus far in OSUT, and Future Soldiers a realistic time table for my personal improvements in hope that they can study accordingly and be able to plot that extra point of data. By no means should this be considered "bragging rights" or the normal increase in scores. I have worked my ass off every single day and put out 110% effort which led to my results, once again no "magic" one pt program will make you max out, only dedication and motivation every single day. 20121119 Pu77 Su80 2mr 1214
20121203 Pu76 Su85 2mr 1206
20121217 Pu84 Su91 2mr 1146. = 338 ext. Scale. I also beat our Company CO on the 2mr by 15 seconds as a side point.
I have been promoted to E-3 by the Company's CO and Company's 1SG (which my 1SG was in the 3rd Ranger Battalion and now is Delta 1-50 First Sergeant.) based off my Motivation and attention to detail and initiative. Also it helped that I have the highest APFT scores thus far in the entire Battalion of 1-50, as a side note I also shot 38/40 on BRM so I qualified as Expert and was personally told by my SDS that If I keep up the good work through the ftx I will be Honor Graduate of the cycle! So none the less I am very proud of my success thus far (in the capacity of my limited exposure to my training pipeline and step to become a Ranger in the 75th Ranger Regt.) Future Soldiers Never give up on what you wanted and what you signed up for. Don't run your suck, just shut up and deal with whatever comes your way!

Motivator.
All you DEP's should read and heed. Plain and honest hard work, study, self-discipline, and motivation. No magic. No hand holding. Time to prove you want it, or just get out of the way.
Great job glocky45. 100% and then some.
