Reintroduction- John

Post by WarEagle »

Hello Rangers,

I have been absent for about a year and thought a reintroduction would be more appropriate than a sitrep.

My name is John. I am 19 and just finished my freshmen year at Auburn University. I am a contracted cadet with Army ROTC. I am here to learn about the Rangers and about leadership. I am 6'1" and 174 pounds. I just finished finals and am working in Norther Virginia for the summer. I PT 5 days a week getting up with my dad, who is active army MI, and arriving at the gym for 0500 work out.

I improved over the course of the school year, entering college with a 157 PT score.

Current Score: 261
PUs: 64
SUs: 80
Run: 15:03

I am pleased with my improvement over the year. I plan by the end of the summer to have my run in the sub 13:30 range and to max my push-ups.

I knocked out 50 before posting this and about to go do another 50.
Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, “Whom shall I send? And who will go for us?” And I said, “Here am I. Send me!” Isaiah 6:8

Understood Ranger ZoneIV. My grades from Freshman year are not where they should be. I am sitting at a 2.97. I focused to much on play and not enough on school, losing sight of my target. I plan to rectify this by taking my difficult courses at a community college nearby which doesn't affect my gpa at Auburn. My schedule next year is set up so that the only way for me to not get a 4.0 is by being a dirtbag.
Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, “Whom shall I send? And who will go for us?” And I said, “Here am I. Send me!” Isaiah 6:8
