Justice Scalia was on FOX last night.
Not only did he call this the worst infraction of constitutional rights in American history, but he elaborated on how this law could be used to shut down any manner of public protest on federal property (but not limited to federal property), especially any manifestation of free speech formerly protected by the 1st Amendment of the Constitution of the United States. What’s really scary is that the Secret Service has been empowered to enforce this law. And don’t forget, as Justice Scalia reminded us last night, infractions of this “law” are a FELONY, not a misdemeanor. Open your mouth against the little pimp in the White House, on federal property, and you could go to prison for a year.

‘‘(a) Whoever— This means you, freedom loving peasant
‘‘(1) knowingly enters or remains in any restricted building
or grounds without lawful authority to do so; Enter/occupy a building paid for with YOUR tax dollars
‘‘(2) knowingly, and with intent to impede or disrupt the
orderly conduct of Government business or official functions,
engages in disorderly or disruptive conduct in, or within such
proximity to, any restricted building or grounds when, or so
that, such conduct, in fact, impedes or disrupts the orderly
conduct of Government business or official functions; Yell at the incompetent boob you are trying to buy stamps from
‘‘(3) knowingly, and with the intent to impede or disrupt
the orderly conduct of Government business or official functions,
obstructs or impedes ingress or egress to or from any restricted
building or grounds; or Refuse to leave the Post Office without your stamps
‘‘(4) knowingly engages in any act of physical violence
against any person or property in any restricted building or
grounds; Scuffed the floor and slammed the door on your way out of the Post Office
or attempts or conspires to do so, shall be punished as provided
in subsection (b).
‘‘(b) The punishment for a violation of subsection (a) is—

President’s official residence or its grounds; Considering the current occupants, who'd want to visit anyway?

be temporarily visiting; or
‘‘(C) of a building or grounds so restricted in conjunction with an event designated as a special event of national
significance; and
‘‘(2) the term ‘other person protected by the Secret Service’
means any person whom the United States Secret Service is
authorized to protect under section 3056 of this title or by
Presidential memorandum, when such person has not declined

The president signs nothing that congress didn't first approve. Look closer to home--blaming Obama first, fast & always causes you to miss the mark.
Remember how we were all cheering the "Patriot Act" when it was "our man" in the WH? Someone here was shouted down for pointing out the good reasons that that is bad law--and he had the bad taste to remind us that "our man" wasn't always going to be in power. Now that chicken is home roosting.
I was one of the useful suckers back then--now, as the song goes "won't be fooled again."

Obama INSISTED at the last hour for some additions to this Bill which were added WITHOUT going back to the floor (supported COMPLETELY by the Dem leadership) and Assclown signed it (Google this and you will see what I am talking about). Slapbama is positioning himself to be Supreme Ruler. While I am no big fan of the Patriot Act GW thought he was doing the best he could for his country at the time. That hindsight shit is a MOTHER!
