I don't work with any part of recruiting for anyone. But like it gets said everywhere on this site and elsewhere, don't sign til the contract says what you want it to. Is your goal to be a Infantrymen or a Infantrymen serving with the 75th? Don't sign til it says what you want it. If he can't give you what you want, call a different recruiter. A different station. Don't feel bad. This is your career. You have one shot to start it off right. Don't enter assuming someone is going to come bail you out of what you signed up for. If you don't enter with a option 40, you could wait years like some of the kids I talk to.

Again, it's your choice. Do what you feel you need to to get what you want.
