Graduated!

Post by krazy33 »

Just a quick SITREP. I finally graduated RASP, got that beret and scroll, and am now currently processing into my unit! Thanks to all of you Rangers for your words, and even more, the great forums in here. And to all you guys about to go through, it's just as everyone has said before me...Just don't quit. Not quitting may not always be enough to graduate, but even if you don't get selected at the end, at least you can complete the course, know that you've done your best, get some awesome training, learn a thing or two about yourself and maybe even get another shot. However...better to just get it done the first time through, haha. Just go in prepared and in great shape and you'll all have a hell of a shot. Thanks again to all the Rangers on this site, and all the good info. Rangers Lead the Way!

Congrats, and great advice. What Batt. did you get?

Talked to my kid yesterday. B Co. didn't get any of the new grads, but I'm sure he'll be a great asset to whatever company he proccessed in to.

He goes by Alex & is from Atlanta. If you know him please tell him I said hi..
That'll get his attention, doesn't know yet that I've joined this forum.

In processing is so much fun, too bad it has to end soon!! (Sarcasm) Can't wait to get to my unit and my team. Should be fun/interesting if half of what I hear about new privates is true! haha. Excited about upcoming events and starting this Ranger life! I'm understanding what everyone means about starting the hard part now...RASP was merely the tip of the iceburg! I'm pumped! RLTW!

At AtlDan: For the sake of PERSEC... don't post his last name in this forum, but you can pm me with it. Because there are a few alex's out here. I wouldn't know which...as you could imagine...we're all on a last name basis anyhow.

Congratulations young Ranger. You did good. And congrats to those parents of the other young Rangers as well, the toughness you instilled in them has paid off.
