Do more of them.

Do more of them. It's that simple. Situps are something you can do everyday, so take advantage of that. Do some sets of a few hundred at a time, that'll get you VERY used to them, so that cranking out 80+ becomes more of a race against 2 minutes than a muscle fatigue issue.

You can add in other ab exercises to keep it from getting boring, but situps are what make you good at situps, at least in my experience.

I get 84-85 in 2 minutes, so my advice is rooted in that particular skill level. No doubt guys with better scores than myself may chime in, and of course, I defer to them.

Edit: It seems Ranger Jim and Ranger goon175 have given you the answer you need.

Doug, let me be one to tell you to SHUT THE FUCK UP. Mind your own goddamn buisness. Isn't there a DEP backroom where you can go an jack off the other DEPS? We don't need your help. Christ on a crutch I have read through your posts and you seem to enjoy sticking your nose where it doesn't belong. Really just go fuck off already.

How is this thread any different from this one? You already got your answer, now stop fucking around and implement it instead of trying to find shortcuts.
