Ranger Jim, thank you for that thread. I have started reading that as well as using some of the stickies from Ranger Silverback. I will continue to read through that one to see what else I can adopt into my plan.

Ranger Lunch, thank you. My wife had the same idea as she knows how hard I have been fighting for this despite everyone that I have been working with say that they hardly, if ever come along. So a lottery ticket is on my list to do today right after work. Sure would make selling the house easier :D
