MEPS visit

I got to hit MEPS recently, got my 11x/OPT 40 contract and ship out Oct 27th

When I got there they didn't have any more OPT 40 contracts, but he looked at my scores and called up someone and he plucked a contract off of next years allotment.

Then they make that phone call to how knows, and then they give it to you.

I know who they call. even said it here before. do your research.
