Intro
Hello, I am new here a little about me. I am prior service in the AF from 92-95 with the 381 IS in Elmendorf AFB in Alaska. Also did a TDY in Saudi for Operation Southern Watch. Was a communications systems operator. Currently am a fire captain on a fire department in Illinois for the past 12 yrs. Why I am here? I am pursuing the chaplaincy in the Army. Looking to go to Airborne school and if I can swing it to Ranger School. I want to know the troops that I will serve and be able to relate. Also have some credibility with them to earn the right to speak with them. That is why I want to go to Airborne and Ranger School. So anyway, that is why I am here, to learn.

An interesting journey.
There's a couple of chaplains here who'd be happy to help but both are a bit preoccupied right now. Hang around a bit & they'll be back.
