Daily Routine in the 75th Ranger Regiment

Hello Rangers,

I noticed there was a topic that was posted similar to this question, but didn't exactly answer my question. I would like to know what are the daily routines and duties of Rangers when they are not deployed and when they are. I still have a year left until I even go to OSUT, but I just have that little thought on the back of my mind and I really want to know how Rangers daily routine is like.
