I took a PT test at a future soldier event on Saturday and have my news scores.

Ranger panthersix, I've started dropping down and doing 10-20 situps and flutterkicks throughout the day, that's what I did with pushups and it worked pretty well.

Need to backwards plan from your report date. In other words, figure out how many weeks until you report, then develop a training plan for your abs that has you maxing out sit ups a week before you report.

There's a ton of core workout routines on the web.
