Hi all, and thanks.
I'm now able to complete 30 pushups in a row, I know it's nothing to you badasses but it's a completed goal for me! I think that I can now begin Ranger Silverback's regime but I have two beginner questions that I did search for with no yields. I hope that somebody can take the time to set me in the right direction.
1.) The bottom of the list says Maintenance: 100 2x/week. Do I preform these maintenance sets on my days on or off, or does it not matter? I'm just worried about recovering properly, etc.
2.) Once week 3 begins, I'm directed to push up until failure. Does this mean inability to continue with the current set of pushups, or inability to continue at all? I have a sneaking suspicion that it is the latter, and now that I'm typing it it seems like a stupid question but I promised you all two.

Alright I'm sorry but never mind. I've done some more research and found a different pushup plan (100 in 6 weeks). Lets see how it works...
