The vast majority of Wolf ammo is berdan primed; which can't be reloaded.

Actually, it can be reloaded, whether Berdan or Boxer primed. However, it's a pain in the ass. And as stated above, if it's steel cased, you're taking tolerances and reloading to the absolute edge of common sense. Therefore, not worth either the time or the risk, especially the latter.

It can be reloaded. I wouldnt use it myself. But, Lee probably would.
