I've lost 8lbs and 3 percent body fat since last Monday..no bullshit. I have to get off one percent bodyfat and I'll be headed to MEPS :D

My recruiter took me on a run today...hell of a lot faster pace than I've been doing but also 2 miles further than I've been doing.....felt good afterwards. Finally I made a run where I didn't get shin splints. When I felt 'em tightening up I'd just start running with my knees up to my chest...probably looked like a friggin weirdo out tehre but the splints went away.
