Good 5 miler today...I am getting slightly faster each day.

Some days I run Pace and others I run Heart rate...The pace days are usually harder than heart rate days.

Ranger Silverback, thats what I was curious about. And I did get the humor but, I hope you aren't considering yourself old yet :P

Either way, I respect older runners very much because of the difficulty that is increased in age. Have you ever considered pool intervals for heart rate with the aqua jogger?
