RIP

Post by Nebby »

Rangers, passed the pt test today, and going to leave for RIP on Friday. We've already had double digits quit, and we are yet to start RIP. I've been waiting for this for too long, I'm just ready for it to start.
I made a mistake. I want to be a Ranger.

Stay focused and strong. Don't hang out with those that are dropping. They will warp your mind.

Do not fall prey to the mind games. Pay attention to every slightest detail and the big things will take care of themselves. You can, you will, must.

Thanks for the encouragement, Rangers. One of my friends were on of the few to quit already, gladly I can say, I have not hung out with him since. I'm trying to hang out more with those who are better than me at pt so they can push me more. However long it takes, Rangers, I will not quit.

Don't ever waver on this statement. When things seem to suck the worst, just laugh and tell yourself "just gotta love it". Remain focused on the final result. And don't forget, getting through RIP is a big step, but be prepared to prove yourself to your team, squad and platoon once you get to Bn.

Always maintain a positive attitude - no matter how thick the smoke continue to stay motivated and let it show in all of your actions.

Never, Never, Never Quit.

Cole Range seems like forever, but once it's over you'll look back and realize it is just a blip on the radar. Before you know it, you will be putting on the scroll and tan beret...
