UFC 76

Watching it right now on AFN. Had to push training back an hour this morning to see this one.

I can't believe Forrest Griffin choked Shogun out, but then again he obviously was in way better shape and wanted it a lot more.

Now onto Keith Jardin vs The Iceman.

I can't wait. GET SOME, ICEMAN!

Well it wasn't the Iceman the fans came out to see. Seemed like he was just trying to counter-strike and wait for a good chance to knock him out. KJ won that one without any doubt.

Chuck needs to take a few months off and just train his ass off before he comes back.

The Iceman might have done better if he didn't spend his time drinking with people that own high dollar Corvettes.
