Introduction...
Rangers/Veterans/All,
I served with the 1164th TC, 79th Troop Command, MA ARNG during my college years from May 98-Feb 01, with plans on going active after my degree was obtained. Well my plans were cut short and I didnt even get to finish out my first contract, when a week before I was supposed to go to PLDC, my ticker started acting up
. I was Medically discharged (Honorably) and have been grumpy ever since. I tried to re-enlist in 02 and 05 with the help of my civilian doctors, who cleared me, but MEPS wasnt having it. The only thing that blows my kilt up more than the words "Last Call" is when someone who dons an American military uniform and complains about going over seas and having the HONOR to fight for this country, when Lad's like myslef would gladly cut off a finger to get into the fight(As long as it aint my trigger finger). Anyways, to those of you who have served I say thanks. If I could send you all a keg I would.
