They're telling us that we need to test out for our license within the next 90-120 days.

Who here has taken the test and can offer advice?
Speaking of tests, are you going to be a college boy at some point too? What's the plan?

College is not an immediate priority. It simply doesn't fit into my schedule.

Should I find myself the recipient of a major sum of money, for whatever reason, then I would consider going.

My "bank" is in my assets.

Monthly liquidity is the key here. Can't hold big investments without steady cashflow.

It will pay off in the next couple of years, but until then I have to live off a little more than the GI Bill.

Sooo...

I'd like a loan to purchase.... property... in hmmm San Diego... no doc's... the property is assessed at $12 million... could you place the funds into a Swiss account for "escrow" purposes?

Don't worry. You will recieve the proper "fee" for such a large divestiture of funds.

Okay, now that that is over......

Pay for a 2 day "cram" course prior to the week you are scheduled.....

I have a natural knack for acing tests (without studying) and this one gave me some concern with studying, and it was only a realtor's test.....

WTH T????? You'll be itching to travel for the big bucks after a month or two with no sales......

Chekc you state veteran benefits and county workforce center. Sometimes they will pay for testing and certification.
