ROP packet

Post by airborne_bluezman »

I am an FSO in 3BCT, 82nd deployed to Iraq. When we get back next summer it'll be about time to apply for ROP. I have a basic understanding of that process, but am wondering how much depends on my current battalion commander. He's real sketchy and doesn't seem to be supportive of what his suboordinate officers want to accomplish. Any tips of advice.

Serving in the regiment is my dream and goal, wether it's as an FSO or branch transferring to infantry if that's more likely....
