I agree that was a very motivating speech. I describes a lot about being a soldier in today's society.

A better speech would've been "Great, you made it through basic. Get you're shit and get the fuck out. You're wasting training time listening to me steal air".

A good speech.


A grad of Cco 1-19th INF, here.

Rock Steady, Kids!
And the Lord spake forth unto the heavens and said, "LET THERE BE AIRBORNE."
The earth did tremble and quake and the waters did rise up and the clouds did part and there came forth a multitude of parachutes that filled the sky.
God looked down and saw this was good.
And they were good; They were AIRBORNE.

I was in that formation.
I was part of 2nd plt in Charlie 1-19.
I graduated on 7th July 06.
