A good pair of boots

Rangers I am In need of good boot Recommendations. I have had bates (which suck ass), Original SWAT (every one say's these boots are comfortable but I strongly disagree), I also have a pair of Cocoran J-boots from when I joined Cadets that are going on 5 years old (the only problem with these are when they get wet they stay that way for a long time).
So I need suggestions for people who know what is needed in a pair of boots. I leave for Basic in 4 days so if they could be compatible with my ACU's that would be beneficial how ever it is not mandatory.

you will get at least two pair of boots in basic, boots you buy and bring may not be allowed, worry about boots when you get to your unit and see what everyone else has good luck with.
