Hooaah--I am an ex 11B served in the OLD 7th Infantry Light Infantry Div back when they were active duty and still stationed in Fort Ord, CA '91-93. Transferred to the reserves and retrained as 95B--Military Police and served in the reserves until 2001.
I am now a strength and conditioning coach for a major university, helping train athletes for competition. I still have a keen interest in military matters and keep up to date on happenings within the army. Look forward to talking with you guys.

A Gimlet is a tool that breaks rocks. 24th Inf. also had a Unit, think it was 2/21st that were called Gimlets. Welcome here.
