Shit, within arm's reach?

My wife's bathrobe. That thing's pretty big and absorbant. I'd stuff that into the wound and then use the belt on it to tie it up.

Then, I'd cut out two small squares of it to cover my ears to drown out her screams of anger.

I'm at work, so I've got two ace bandages, some duct-tape, lots of plastic sheeting, alcohol, zip-ties, a yard stick, all kinds of assorted shit. I could do splints, bandages, sucking chest wounds, slings, all sorts of shit here.

The real question is would it be enough to keep someone alive until the ambulance gets here? An ambulance has been called to my office about 5 times in the last 4 years and not once have they come to the correct address. Good thing nobody died.
