Sitrep, a little late
Sitrep, a little late
Rangers,
The amount of time it took for me to post this update is unacceptable, however better late than never so here it is. I graduated with the last RIP class and have to say that it overall was a humbling experience. The overall message RIP sent to me was you must continually work towards acheiving what you want out of the Army, Ranger Battalion and life in general. So with that lesson in mind I have arrived at Savannah, ready to do what it takes to be in the best unit in the world. I can't express the amout of pride I felt donning the tan beret better than anything I have ever accomplished in my life. Now it's time to live up to that standard. Like some drunk guys shirt that I saw once said, I'm just excited to be here, and truly I am. There is a long long road ahead but I'm proud to have the oppurtunity to have the best soldiers in the world walking to my left and right as I do it. Thanks to all the Rangers on this site who unknowingly helped keep me motivated in a time where I was sitting around as a civilian with not much to be motivated about. I'm proud to say Rangers Lead The Way!!!!
